Courtyard Rooms
Typically 35 – 40 square meters or about 375 – 425 sq ft in size, the fourteen guestrooms which make up the Courtyard Guestrooms were created from the original stables at the side of this historic Castle and are accessed from outdoors.
The groundfloor Courtyard Rooms are spacious and flooded with natural daylight, as each offers patio doors overlooking the manicured gardens, have sandstone floors and deep pile rugs. The first floor Courtyard Rooms offer wall to wall carpeting. Bespoke oak furniture and walls clad in cream wood give each of these rooms a warm country cottage feel. All offer King four poster or canopy beds, are decorated in relaxing warm earthy tones and are finished to the highest of 5 star standards. Some overlook the Flying Swans bronze water feature in the gardens.
All Courtyard Rooms have 32inch flat screen TV, refreshment centre, built in cedar wardrobes with a digital lock safe, WiFi connectivity and dual voltage sockets.
Bathrooms have wood paneling, marble tiling, double basin vanity units with granite tops, a built in bath and separate glazed shower and toilet compartments.
Luxury robes and slippers are provided as standard.
Uniquely, the 14 rooms that comprise the Courtyard Rooms may be reserved in blocks of 2 or 3 (one upstairs, one downstairs OR two upstairs, one downstairs) and are ideal for larger families or intimate get-togethers where privacy is sought.
