Private Master Cookery Class with Philipp Ferber, Executive Chef
This is a 3 hour cookery class with Executive Chef, Philipp Ferber in the working kitchens of Lough Eske Castle. With prior consultation between you and Chef, you will design a menu for a three course dinner and cook it during your one-on-one Cookery Class.

Available Mondays to Thursdays only from April to October, 2012.
